The ZiS-151 is a general-purpose truck, generated by the Soviet Union from 1947–65, at Automotive Factory No. 2 Zavod imeni Stalina. In 1956, the factory had been renamed Zavod imeni Likhacheva, and brand new trucks were called ZiL-151 The ZiS-151 had been initial major Soviet military all-wheel drive truck built after World War II, changing the U.S. Studebaker US6 and early in the day ZiS-6.
