EF 2000 TYPHOON single seater

The Eurofighter task, developed from last half associated with 80s by a consortium of European organizations, had the objective of produce an enhanced multi-role combat aircraft with a solid specialization within the interception. The result of the project is the "Typhoon" that is one of the best air superiority fighter in the world. Its aerodynamic design is characterized by the canard-delta wing. Because of its two Eurojet EJ200 turbofan machines the Typhoon is able to achieve a maximum speed of Mach 2. The agreeable technology, improved by the fly-by-wire control system, permits to acquire a fantastic maneuverability in air combat duties. Two-seater variations are also developed for advanced trained in order to ensure the gradual transition of the pilots from aircraft that, as in the case for the Italians F-104, were even more antique and dated.
