Initial November 1956 the Reparto Sperimentale Volo flight band of the Italian Air Force came to be. The division was soon identified by the number 311 that's still current nowadays on planes. To celebrate the sixty several years of activities a dedicated commemorative livery was developed and adopted on a Tornado IDS. It has been utilized through the commemorative event of' October 2016 ant this has generated outstanding interest and a remarkable success.
