Serpent Cobra Truggy, variation TE, gaspowered 1/8 scale 4wd high end competition version. Kit version. New version features brand new diff-couplers combined with bigger bearings, and bigger bearings within the steeringblocks and uprights, all to improve durability a lot more. 4wd gaspowered version, in line with the successful Cobra Buggy. Features:

Chassisplate
Chassisplate in 3mm 7075 T6 aluminium , with machined pouches to generate flex make lighter. Kick-up angle on front for stable landings. Countersunk holes. Slots to discover the leading and rear suspension system mounts properly. Angled sides to boost tightness. Laser engraved Cobra T logo.

Bumper
Aligned with chassis kick-up for precise landings and also to protect front suspension owner and anti-roll bar.

Chassis stiffeners
Composite stiffener front side and rear, to provide additional tightness, but nonetheless allow some flex as needed.

Central radio / servo mount
Composite radiobox which offers good space the steering and throttle -servo, the receiver and rx battery pack. The complete installation including linkages are taken off effortlessly and fast in one go, whenever cleaning the vehicle, or doing maintenance. One extra post is added near to the servo for stability.
Servo hands and linkages
The servo hands have a splined insert to have the right fit per brand. The linkages run really neat and tight and are usually accessible to change settings.

Suspension brackets
Beautifully machined 7065 T6 suspension brackets in anodized, laser engraved. Precision complement the nylon roll center inserts and pivot balls / pins.

Steeringblocks construction
Composite steeringblocks coupled with 10 dgr C-hubs for precise steering. Spring steel wheel-axles with big size bearings and larger internal with precision threaded aluminium wheel-hubs with offset . Flanged and serrated wheel nuts to guarantee that you'll not loose a wheel nut in a competition.

Front suspension
Durable oversized reduced suspension system arms in strong composite nylon. On lower part the unique shaped downstops screws are mounted. The low shock-mounting pins are secured with a small grubscrew from bottom.

Front anti-roll bar
The ballraced front side anti-roll bar system, contain a springtime metal fold wire, which will be led through the diff-cases and runs in ballraced metal adaptors. The cable is for this lower suspension system arm, with a captured adjustable threaded pivotball, for extremely precise and low friction operation and simple tuning.

Shocktower and bodymounts front
4.5mm thick carbon shocktower with 5 upper positioning holes for the shocks and and 6 holes for roll-center jobs. 1 located adjustable bodymount , and 2 forward mounted adjustable bodymounts, all with flip-tops.

Angled steering system / servo saver
The bell cranks are angled to reduce the angle of difference between the full total caster and steering plane. Therefore you will have less bump steer and a truer steering Ackermann through the entire selection of suspension

Ackermann dishes
Because of the design associated with the steering bell cranks whenever changing the Ackermann you will definitely not want to adjust your steering tie rods. You simply will only have to adjust your end points on your own radio..

Back suspension system hands

Backside anti-roll bar
