Dash-1 Yonkuro (Item 18015 & 18625) ended up being serialized by Shogakukan within their monthly Coro Coro comic magazine for 5 years between 1987and 1992. His main rival had been Dankuro Todas Mini 4WD. In 1989 the Type-1 framework with surge tires continued sale and sold 1,971,557 units until 1990. In 1990 the Type-3 framework with slick tires went on sale and offered a further 1,019,587 devices until 2004.
