Honda's popular racing bicycle, the RC166, originated to win the entire world path Race Championship in 1966. The bike showcased a 250cc 4-stroke 6-cylinder DOHC 4-valve motor which thumped out a remarkable 60ps/18,000rpm. Mike Hailwood rode the RC166 and won every 250cc course race he joined to give Honda their very first Rider and Manufacturer's Championships, which contributed towards business's amazing feat of capturing the manufacturers' name in most five classes from 50cc to 500cc.
