Blue & White Liveried P34
The Tyrrell P34 using its extraordinary six-wheeled configuration debuted during the 1976 Formula One season. First nationwide City Bank became the group's main sponsor the next year and so the previous all-blue livery ended up being changed by a blue and white livery accordingly. It also featured a more aerodynamic cowling design. Driven by P. Depailler and R. Peterson, the automobiles were caught up in a tire battle between Goodyear and Michelin which hampered development of the special front tires. In a bid to rediscover their kind, the last year's cowling ended up being reinstalled the Monaco GP.
