Tamiya 24311 - 1/24 Porsche 935 Martini (Model Car)  [24311]

• This "Martini" Porsche 935 turbo race model was based on the 930 turbo and was created in 1976 in accordance with the FIA Group 5 rules. Mounted into the backside had been a flat-6 air-cooled 2857cc KKK turbocharged engine which thumped out a huge 590hp. The "Martini" debuted with a win within season's opening battle in March 1976, along with the second round battle. But with BMW winning the 3rd, 4th, and 5th rounds and threatening to run away because of the series, Porsche fought back into win the ultimate two races and snatch the championship.
