1/700 Japanese Light Cruiser Agano
Light cruisers had the crucial part of being destroyer flotilla leaders, coordinating their unit's torpedo attacks while making assaults themselves. In 1939, a new course of these flotilla leaders is made underneath the 4th Fleet Replenishment Plan, and this is a type of the Agano, the lead ship of the woman namesake class which served through the entire Pacific until she had been sunk by a U.S. submarine in the waters from Truk. This kit depicts the ship as she showed up upon her conclusion in 1942, and accurately reproduces the balanced design including her masts and twin 15cm gun turrets.
