Milestone 50th type of the 1/48 MM Series. Model can be built to resemble vehicle used by Field Marshal Erwin Rommel in North Africa. Interior features such details as driver's place and radio. 3 figures included.

Tamiya's 1/48 MM Series has come a long way! Our 50th installation kit model in this show could be the German Sd.Kfz.250/3 Greif with its unique roof-mounted radio antenna.

　

Towards Sd.Kfz.250/3Produced by DEMAG, the Sd.Kfz.250 group of light half-tracks had been versatile vehicles which served in a large number of roles. Featuring 4 road wheel axles, it had better all-terrain flexibility compared to the armored cars so it replaced. the Sd.Kfz.250/3 variant had been a command car designed with long-range radio gear for communications. This identifying function with this variation was the initial frame-type radio antenna attached to the roof regarding the half-track. Used by high level commanders, this AFV had been notable for being the private mount of Field Marshal Erwin Rommel into the North Africa front.
