The IFMAR Electrical 1/10 Off-Road Car World Championships take place in Japan this present year and Team TRF will soon be here in effect along with their specially-tuned TRF501X devices. To commemorate this involvement, Tamiya is announcing the production of a TRF501X World Championship Edition, featuring numerous unique parts which will be used at this world-class R/C race. These choice parts vow to bring out the true potential of the racing buggy.

About the Model

• 1/10 scale set up kit R/C style of the TRF501X, with numerous special choice parts added.
• Differential happens to be redesigned to increase performance and durability.
• Brand new components including aluminum caster block, aluminum back upright, and reinforced upper supply mounts further improve the buggy's ability to withstand the rigors of off-road racing.
• New ball connectors created from high-strength steel.
• Brand new damper pistons produced from Delrin, a lightweight and low-friction resin product.
• The complete drivetrain has been modified to boost power-transfer efficiency, with parts such as an 18T center pulley, 37T ball diff. pulley, and 369mm drive belts.
• Clear polycarbonate human anatomy shell was redesigned for better aerodynamics.
