Improvements in miniaturization have made it feasible for Tamiya to supply their fine M1A1 kit as the full R/C model! You need to assemble the model as normal, but all wiring the digital controller and receiver are looked after. Motors are included, too. The two-channel transmitter is capable of purchasing the tank to duplicate the motions of a real tank, too (turret cannot move). A mini-speaker even creates firing and motor noises! All you need to get the Abrams going is batteries (four AA the tank, and another 9V the transmitter).
