This is certainly an Aluminum Spacer Set by Tamiya for the TRF414M,
TRF414M-WCR together with TB-Evolution II.

FEATURES: Blue and silver anodized aluminum construction.

INCLUDES:

• Four 0.5mm dense silver spacers.
• Four 1.5mm dense silver spacers.
• Four 2.5mm thick silver spacers
• Four 1mm dense bluer spacers
• Four 2mm dense blue spacers.
• Four 3mm dense blue spacers.

NEEDS: Installation on vehicle.

SPECS:

• Outside diameter of washers: 5.65mm (.221")
• Inside diameter of washers: 3.12mm (.123")

OPINIONS: These spacers are employed in the previously discussed kits, but will also function in other places where in fact the appropriately size washer becomes necessary.
