That is a couple of Rear Aluminum Wheels with Mounted Rubber Tires the
Tamiya 1/14 Scale Tractor Trucks.

-Two Rear Aluminum Wheels
-Two back Tires with path Tread (like on a real vehicle)

-Eighteen 1.6x4mm Cap Screws (for mounting Hub Caps)
