• This is actually the 3rd release on Tamiya's RC High Performance TB-04 framework platform. The model illustrates the RAYBRIG NSX CONCEPT-GT, a car produced by Honda to race into the 2014 Japanese Super GT Series. The hi-tech race car features a 1.6-liter turbocharged direct injection motor with anti-lag, plus a mid-ship design that optimizes circulation of car's weight, particularly taking into consideration its unique hybrid system.

  The TB-04 is a 1/10 scale 4WD device that incorporates a drive-shaft down the biggest market of the chassis to engage the front and back gearboxes. The differentials inside the gearboxes are newly designed as they use a sealed gear differential system whereby the inner gears motion is controlled by various viscosity differential liquids. The double-wishbone suspension system utilizes the same "short reversible" type that has been applied to the TB-03, TA-05 Version II, TA-06 and the TRF (Tamiya rushing Factory) 416 and 417 World Championship devices. The TB-04 also contains "IFS" (inboard front suspension) whereby the front shocks are placed horizontally and low towards chassis, so that low profile sports vehicle body shapes are accurately reproduced without losing any practical scale look.
