The all-new XV-02 professional chassis kit is Tamiya’s next modern era, purpose built, 4WD Rally machine! The XV-01 Pro incorporated a 4WD gear drive system with clever positioning for the RC electronic components with debris protection compartments. The all-new XV-02 professional took its 4WD drivetrain into an alternate direction through the use of a shaft-driven system with front mid-ship engine positioning that includes equal size front and rear propeller shafts!

XV-02 chassis at a glance:
• is sold with two 39T differential gears and one 40T differential gear for adjustment of front side and back drive stability. (Over-Drive and Under-Drive modification)
• Use 39T gear (w/15T gear) on front and 40T gear (w/15T gear) in the rear for drive balance bias to front and vice-versa for drive stability bias to rear.
• Features newly-designed components such as for example gears, bathtub frame framework, chassis cover, caster obstructs featuring 6-degree caster angle (XV-01 framework: 10-degree caster angle), and bumpers with skid angles to cut back surface contact.
• The engine mount, propeller shafts, input and center shafts, and urethane bumpers have new metal components.
• Features a longitudinal battery pack place in center-left for maximum balance.
