That is a Low-Profile Ball Caster you can use for many art jobs. This product is lower-profile than Item 70144 Ball Caster, and is thus useful for providing your creations a decreased center of gravity.

• This product is useful for small R/C creations aided by the ever-smaller receivers and microcomputers regarding the modern day.
• Four hooks hold a ball, which facilitates smooth motion, and also enables you to use the plate upright if desired.
• can be simply fixed to a universal plate by just one screw or double-sided tape.
• 5mm spacers (x4) and L-shaped bracket parts (x2) included.
• Ball is a 13/32 inches (about 10.3mm), grey steel ball. Plastic components are low-friction POM.
• 3x10mm screws (x4), 3x20mm screws (x2), and nuts (x6) are included for accessory.
