Tamiya 78031 - 1/350 Japanese Battleship Musashi  [78031]

The Musashi was the second ship in the Yamato-class which were the largest battleships ever built. Finished in 1942, the Musashi took part in various promotions before finally meeting her fate at the hands of U.S. Navy aircraft in the Battle of Leyte Gulf. Tamiya's precision-made installation kit model recreates this giant battleship in exquisite information, including the woman defensive anti-aircraft suite of numerous solitary 25mm cannons in the main deck. This various anti-aircraft armament makes for a fascinating comparison because of the Yamato. Tamiya rereleased Musashi in 1981 and this great model kit can be acquired once more with new mast parts.
