That is a color variation of Item 94823 JR Aluminum Setting Board. The board features an anodized gold colored finish. Produced from 2mm thick aluminum plate, it's perfect for checking the proportions of the Mini 4WD device if your wanting to enter it into the state battle.

Measurements: 190mm x 112mm x 2mm depth
Laser-inscribed scales enable checking of size, width, and tire diameter. Roller attachment angle scales from Item 94823 have already been removed to give a more useful smooth, multi-purpose surface.
