The MiG-3 was the consequence of this system to enhance the MiG-1.The MiG-3 was ordered into manufacturing in December 1940. Very first deliveries of this new fighter to front line fighter squadrons happened in April 1941. The MiG-3 stayed in show manufacturing before the the other day of December 1941, when it had been discontinued as a result of the unfortunate unavailability of AM-35A motor. Total MiG-3 manufacturing amounted for some 3120 aircraft, and 50 more were built from available parts through the first half of 1942. Wingspan: 10.20m. Length: 8.26m. Height: 3.5m. Range: 1250km. Max rate: 640km(at 7800m).
