USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) may be the fourth ship in the Nimitz-class of nuclear driven aircraft providers. She had been laid straight down on Oct. 31 1981 at Newport News shipyard, launched on 27 October 1984 and commissioned on Oct. 26 1986.
