Description

he Kamov Ka-27 Helix is a Soviet shipborne anti-submarine and energy helicopter. It's manned by a flight crew of two or three and a mission crew of three and certainly will carry 4000 kg of freight or passengers in hold, and 5000 kg of freight carried as a slung load. Two Klimov TV3-117V turboshafts provide a premier rate of 250 kmh and a selection of 800 km. Upto 2000 kg of disposable shops are carried in a lower-fuselage tool bay, and generally comprise two torpedoes or level charges.
