CNC-machined layshaft bulkhead created from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum. The all-new layshaft bulkheads had been lowered by 1mm allowing removing front or rear (or both) screws which connect the top deck. As a result of the 1mm gap involving the top deck and also the layshaft bulkheads, the flex associated with the vehicle is smoother and much more precise because the top deck doesn't touch the layshaft bulkheads more, the bearing is fixed towards layshaft bulkhead and does not move. Once the layshaft screws on the top deck are expected, a 1mm shim is placed involving the layshaft bulkheads and top deck. This brand new function improves the flex adjustability associated with the vehicle to higher adapt it to various track conditions and surfaces.
