Description

43-tooth large bevel gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY metal material that has been especially developed for gear-type products, also hardened and accuracy ground to suit the tightest tolerance requirements for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear device and each gear is individually tested, inspected, and run in. The diff gear will be laser etched with 43T for simple and immediate recognition.
Our unique heat application treatment makes kit very hard and strong not only on the surface but additionally in the core, thus supply the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with very low wear comparing to standard gears.
