Description

42-tooth large bevel gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY metal material which includes been especially developed for gear-type products, in addition hardened and accuracy ground to match the tightest threshold needs for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are independently machined on a precision German gear machine and every gear is independently tested, inspected, and run in. The diff gear is then laser engraved with 42T for easy and instant recognition.
Our unique heat application treatment makes the apparatus quite difficult and strong not merely on top and within the core, thus provide the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with low wear comparing to standard gears.
