Description

41-tooth large bevel gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY steel product which includes been especially developed for gear-type items, additionally hardened and accuracy ground to match the tightest tolerance demands for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear device and every gear is independently tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear is then laser engraved with 41T for effortless and instant recognition.
Our unique heat therapy makes the gear very hard and strong not merely on top but also in core, hence supply the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low wear comparing to standard gears.
