Description

46-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY metal material that has been particularly developed for gear-type products, additionally hardened and precision ground to match the tightest threshold needs for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are individually machined on a precision German gear machine and each gear is individually tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 46T for effortless & instant recognition.

Our special heat treatment makes the gear very difficult and strong not just on top but also in the core, this provides you with the apparatus an extraordinarily-long lifespan with very low use comparing to standard gears.
