Description

48-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY steel product which has been specially developed for gear-type services and products, also hardened and precision ground to match the tightest threshold requirements for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear device and every gear is individually tested, inspected, and run in. The diff gear is laser engraved with 48T for fast & easy recognition.

Our unique heat application treatment makes the apparatus quite difficult and strong not only on the surface but additionally within the core, thus giving the apparatus an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low wear comparing to standard gears.
