Description

49-tooth large external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY steel product which has been particularly developed for gear-type services and products, additionally hardened and accuracy ground to suit the tightest threshold requirements for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear device and every gear is independently tested, examined, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 49T for fast & effortless recognition.

Our unique heat treatment makes the gear very hard and strong not merely on the surface and in the core, thus giving the apparatus an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low wear comparing to standard gears.
