46-tooth big bevel gear for Active Center Differential is machined from special HUDY metal material that has been especially developed for gear-type items, also hardened and precision ground to fit the tightest tolerance requirements for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are independently machined on a high-precision German gear machine and every gear is independently tested, inspected, and run in. The diff gear is then laser engraved with "Active 46T" for quick & simple identification.
Our unique heat application treatment makes kit quite difficult and strong not just on top but in addition in core, this provides you with the apparatus an extraordinarily-long lifespan with very low use comparing to standard gears.
