Description

43-tooth big bevel gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY steel product which has been specifically developed for gear-type items, furthermore hardened and accuracy ground to match the tightest threshold demands for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are independently machined on a precision German gear device and each gear is individually tested, inspected, and run in. The diff gear is then laser etched with "Active 43T" for simple and immediate recognition.
Our unique heat application treatment makes the apparatus very difficult and strong not only at first glance but in addition inside core, hence provide the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with low use comparing to standard gears.
