Description

42-tooth large bevel gear for center differential is machined from special HUDY metal material that has been especially developed for gear-type products, in addition hardened and precision ground to fit the tightest threshold needs for perfect fit with the diff outdrives. The gears are independently machined on a precision German gear machine and each gear is separately tested, inspected, and run in. The diff gear will be laser engraved with "Active 42T" for effortless and immediate recognition.
Our special heat therapy makes the gear quite difficult and strong not only at first glance and within the core, thus provide the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with low wear comparing to standard gears.
