16T clutchbell produced on an accuracy manual gear device from HUDY Gear metal a material specially formulated and developed for use in gears. Heat treated for greatest strength, minimal wear and extra-long lifespan.
The clutchbell features unique oversized ball-bearings created and engineered by XRAY. Changing the conventional 5x10 bearings with 1.3mm balls, the oversized clutch bearings are 5x12 with 2.0mm balls and extra-thick bearing walls. This equals greater load-carrying capabilities that may increase the life of this bearings and minimize the possibility of clutch bearing failure during long final runs. The bearings have unique high-temperature resistant oil to make certain appropriate lubrication during high-revving engine operations and long runs. Clutchbells can be found in sizes of 15T, 16T, 17T and 18T.
