18T clutchbell produced on an accuracy manual gear device from HUDY Gear Steel a product specifically developed and developed for use in gears. Heat managed for greatest strength, minimal use and extra-long lifespan.
The clutchbell features unique oversized ball-bearings designed and engineered by XRAY. Replacing the conventional 5x10 bearings with 1.3mm balls, the oversized clutch bearings are 5x12 with 2.0mm balls and extra-thick bearing walls. This means higher load-carrying capabilities that'll increase the life for the bearings and reduce the possibility of clutch bearing failure during long final runs. The bearings have special high-temperature resistant oil to make certain appropriate lubrication during high-revving motor operations and long runs. Clutchbells can be purchased in sizes of 15T, 16T, 17T and 18T.
