That is an aluminum steering bell crank that can be used for off-road automobiles YZ-2CA/DT and YZ-4. The help bearing is bigger than before (Φ5mm x Φ10mm) and durability is improved. The usage of aluminum increases rigidity and improves steering response in comparison to normal resin.
