I was given a tracking number and link to a web site that allowed me to track the pacel right from the point it was collected to the point it was delivered, this tracking was actually better than the Parcel Force person who failed to put a card through my post box to let me know they had delivered it next door for me. Packaging was sufficient for the trip and, despite a small bit of mishandling by the couriers at some point, the goods were undamaged. Customs documentation was a bit cheeky but appreciated as it prevented a delay. Overall this was a great purchase experience and, although I was initially a bit wary about buying from overseas, I would reccomend using this company.❞
